Refund Policy

1 Virtual Currency (NosCoins)

NosCoins are a virtual currency used exclusively within the NosLegacy ecosystem. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred for actual currency or assets outside of our services.

2 Finality of Transactions

All purchases of NosCoins made through our supported payment providers (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) are final and strictly non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed and the virtual currency is credited to your account, the service is considered fully rendered.

3 Non-Refundable Nature

By initiating a purchase, you expressly waive your right to a refund. We do not offer refunds for:

• Unused NosCoins remaining on an account.
• NosCoins spent on in-game items or services.
• Accounts that have been suspended or banned due to violations of our Terms of Service.
• Technical issues arising from the user's side (e.g., connection issues, hardware incompatibility).

4 Chargebacks and Disputes

Attempting to reverse a completed transaction through a chargeback or payment dispute is a serious violation of our agreement. Any such attempt will result in:

• Immediate and permanent suspension of the associated master web account.
• Permanent ban of all linked game accounts.
• Loss of access to all virtual assets and characters.
