1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using NosLegacy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2 Description of Service
NosLegacy provides a private server environment for game enthusiasts. We are not affiliated with Entwell or Gameforge. Our services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue them at any time.
3 Account Security & Creation
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- We highly recommend the use of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to accounts without 2FA.
- Users are limited to creating a maximum of 6 game accounts per master web account.
- Official Launcher: Use of the official NosLegacy Launcher is mandatory to connect to the game. It ensures a secure connection via ephemeral tokens. Any attempt to use unauthorized launchers or modified clients is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.
- Discord Integration: You may link your Discord account to your NosLegacy account to enable one-click login. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account. Unlinking can be done at any time via the dashboard.
4 User Conduct & Sanctions
Users must behave respectfully. Cheating, botting, bug exploitation, harassment, or any activity disrupting the experience is prohibited. Use of automated scripts or third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden.
Violations may result in sanctions including temporary mutes, kicks, or permanent bans. Sanctions are recorded and publicly visible in our Pillory section for transparency. Staff decisions regarding sanctions are final.
5 Support System
Official support is provided exclusively through our Ticket System available in the dashboard. While staff may interact on Discord, technical or account-related issues must be handled via tickets for proper tracking. We do not provide support for issues arising from sharing account credentials or using unauthorized third-party software.
6 Intellectual Property
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners. NosLegacy is a non-profit fan project and does not claim ownership of the original game assets (graphics, sounds, core logic).
7 Refund Policy
All purchases of virtual currency (NosCoins) are final and strictly non-refundable. By initiating a purchase via PayPal or Stripe, you acknowledge that:
- NosCoins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
- The service is fully rendered once coins are credited to your account.
- Attempting to charge back a completed transaction will result in an immediate and permanent ban of all associated accounts (Web and Game).
